Coast to Coast passenger rail service could help yield new discoveries and partnerships by linking numerous colleges and universities throughout the corridor including:

• Cooley Law School
• Grand Valley State University
• Aquinas College
• Hope College
• Western Theological Seminary
• and several important community colleges.

The service also will create new possibilities for collaboration and innovation in health care by connecting key medical institutions such as:

• Grand Rapids Medical Mile
• University of Michigan Health System
• Detroit Medical Center
• Karmanos Cancer Institute

The route would also tie together beaches, museums, performing arts centers and sports arenas, it will make the communities along its route more vibrant places to live and visit.
