The WALLY Line would run on state-owned tracks between Howell and Ann Arbor, that are currently serviced by Great Lakes Central Railroad. The tracks within the City of Ann Arbor are owned and operated by Watco. WALLY would provide passenger service between the City of Ann Arbor, and the communities north through Livingston County, where many people commute between, daily. Potential station stops include: Howell, Genoa Township, Hamburg Township, Whitmore Lake, Barton Road (Ann Arbor), downtown Ann Arbor, and U-M Stadium (Ann Arbor).
